Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a credit to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified period, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Returns

Items should be sent to: ELDIARIERO, 123 News Lane, Suite 45, Cityville, ST 67890. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
